How to get sold data in CREA #261

I am using this library to fetch CREA property data. Now mt client want sold property data like : https://news2me.crea.ca/2019/april-2019/sold-data-has-arrived-on-realtor-ca/

Does anyone get sold data in CREA? If yes then send me what is query data?

CREA is such a beast to deal with, eh? I wish they followed the RETS spec more closely. Our client library, which works with several boards, has to jump through many hoops just to get CREA data properly.

As for Sold Data, have you updated your Metadata and seen any new relevant fields? It's likely stored either in a new column/property or a separate table. I haven't looked into this, so just offering some suggested starting points (3 months later). :-)

The answer to your question likely lies with the metadata and this is not the right forum to get your answer.

CREA doesn't offer sold data. you have to get sold data from the local boards via a VOW feed

100% correct @fran-grav. Sales data is only available from your local board's RETS with the right access credential level
