Refactor submitHell to use a fetch request

Updated the submitHell function to use the fetch method.
Added the response area as a parameter to the submitHell function so that it can be easily changed in the HTML rather than the JavaScript.

Thanks @cpetta, only change I've made here is to remove POST in c28b95f as requests should be GET
