Allow UserAgent to be provided as an argument to the constructor #1

It would be handy to have access to the UserAgent object which the module is using. Right now the UserAgent is a pretty basic WWW::Mechanize object, so I think it should be fine to allow users to provide their with, with a "caveat emptor". I'm happy to send a pull request.
