Add Codestock conference. #53

Did you mean to add this to 2016? Or 2017?

The dates for 2017 aren't set, so I added it to 2016 just to make people aware of its existence. Can I add it for 2017 without specific dates?

Ah ok, that's fine. No let's wait to add the 2017 date. I'll go ahead and merge just for historical purposes for the 2016 conference. Definitely add the 2017 occurrence when the dates are solidified!
