Page to view location stats (private for now) #48

In order to monitor site traction, a private web page that can be used to view locations broken down by signup user type (driver, business owner, other, moderator) would be useful.

Ideally it would show a trend over time, but to begin with even a simple table showing the number of entries by signup user type over the last 7 days would be helpful.
