Move Django Workshop to previous workshops, add link to slides #127

The Django workshop is over, so it should be moved to previous workshops and a link to the slides added.

Also the date was wrong on the website, so in moving it should be fixed (March 5 -> April 5).

Adding link to the landing page for the workshop rather than the slides so that it can take one to the handout as well.
