Fixes the footer not staying on the bottom of the page #82

Should fix issue #25. Footer will still be pushed by content if content is longer than the window.

Tested on Firefox Desktop and Firefox for Android.

Ayy fam, We probably won't be able to merge this until after elections, when we figure out our new Web administrator thinger doer. You're probably already aware of this, though, considering your nomination!
