Cannot install into Eclipse Indigo Service Release 2 #45

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to Eclipse Markecplace
2. Search for "tapestryTools"
3. Try to install the matching plugin
4. Error : "The following solutions are not available: TapestryTools"

Eclipse is the up-to-date Indigo Service Release 2 with WTP, on a Win 7 x64bits 
OS.

It seems that some features are incompatible.
