Application Configuration

Literally just trying to update it past 0.0.1 or install it fresh to any other version.

Describe the bug

It literally won't update or install past v0.0.1.

To Reproduce

How you usually install or update an app via the Applications list or the 'Discover Apps' section.

Expected Behavior
