Describe the bug

AdGuard does not download blocklists and therefor does not filter any of it

To Reproduce

Try to add a new filter list or update existent ones

Expected Behavior

on my Home Assistant Addon also running AdGuard I see the standard AdGuard DNS Filter List with >60k entries, on the Scale App it says 0 When I try to add another list I get an error popup.

So we'll need your full config, also I want to know whatever version of our chart, not just the app version

As this -> App Version 0.107.43

Is missing 3 numbers to the full thing
