What plex are you running? The Official or the TrueCharts? Not sure what you mean by Plex is in Docker.. Either way it should be fine using the same IP as TrueNas.
This is the official Plex app, so you should reach to them if you'd like to use their app.
Also I remember seeing on their forums that VM's has some network connectivity problems (when trying to reach the host machine), Which also you should ask for help with them.
If you need help setting an app from our catalog (truecharts), please use our discord server and open a support ticket, providing the required info. Our support team will try to help.
Closing this as this does not mention any issues on our catalog.
Thanks

SCALE version TrueNAS-SCALE-22.02-RC.2
App Version 1.25.4.5487_1.6.21
Application Events No events
Application Logs
Application Configuration I tried with ant without those options
Describe the bug When I tried to add Home assistant integration it seams that I do not have access to Plex server. Server is reachble from normal PC, also plex.tv is seeing it but it cannot be integrated from Home Assistant as Plex is unrechable. Home Assistant is in TrueNas Scale VM and has local IP, Plex is in Docker and has the same IP as TrueNAS and this might be an issue. I was looking for an option to configure Plex as static local IP instead of docker IP but this option is missing. Will it be possible to add this option?
To Reproduce
Expected behavior Plex will be visible for Home Assistan for example add option to configure Plex with Local IP Address
