bug(blocky): udp service port missing when port changed #18944

Describe the bug

Blocky 14.0.2 update prevents changing of default dns port. When port is change the udp service port disappears.

To Reproduce

  1. Install blocky with all defaults
  2. Change DNS TCP/UDP Port Configuration from default
  3. Check block services and confirm udp service port is missing.

Expected Behavior

TCP and UDP service ports are changed and available.

Not something we have control over I think, this seems to be SCALE behavior. I've restructured it a bit to prevent this in the future though
