The current version has bugs that are fixed in the latest release.

First you might want to read this on our website, since the SCALE catalog is deprecated as ix-systems is removing Kubernetes from TrueNAS SCALE

Second it's actually up to date if you use Helm, as shown here, so not a bug

From these images you can see that I have all the trains from Truecharts enabled, and that Bazarr is at 1.4.2, with no update available, when 1.4.3 will solve my issue, and is definitely available. So yes, something is wrong on your end.
