Jellyfin: hardware accelerated transcoding #248

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Transcoding performance on Jellyfin is very slow without hardware acceleration. Plex on TrueNAS SCALE supports hardware acceleration.

Describe the solution you'd like Ability to select a GPU to use during transcoding while setting up the application.
