Describe the bug

The main goal of this app is to use DVB-S, DVB-S2, DVB-T, DVB-T2, DVB-C, DVB-C2, ATSC and ISDB-T pci cards as satip server. But there is no way to pass through these cards!

In the official image https://hub.docker.com/r/linuxserver/minisatip. I can use docker --device /dev/dvb:/dev/dvb to pass through the device, but no way to do that in the current truecharts app!

Expected Behavior

Add a way to passthrough dvb pcie devices in the UI just like GPU passthrough.

Isb passthrough should work fine for these as well. Please go over this with our support staff on Discord instead.
