Also experiencing this issue, I was able to install version 15.2.20 yesterday then tried to upgrade to 15.2.21 today and encountered this issue. Not able to rollback or do a fresh install

from discord: Due to migrating to another container backend, we're having some issues with images not being pull-able.

We've already fixed the issue, but it might take up-to 2 days to be fully restored for each-and-every App.
