[Questions.yaml]: Extract `type` from persistenceBasic include into it's own include

Is your feature request related to a problem?

You can't currently set a default type on persistence on UI while developing the app.

Describe the solution you'd like

Persistence type should have it's own include with at least couple of variations. So app developer can set a default in the UI.

• PVC
• emptyDir

Describe alternatives you've considered

Leave it as is and users will have to manually change from PVC to emptyDir for example.
