Valheim: out-of-date and doesn't allow configuration of ValheimPlus repository #7855

Additional Context

I've created a PR to the latest image: https://github.com/truecharts/containers/pull/20780

The main problem with current version is that it does not provide configurability of the Valheim Plus addon repository which was introduced in the merged PR a week ago in the upstream. Without ability to change the repository via Env var this application won't work when Valheim Plus mod is enabled - due to incompatibility between the base game and the Valheim Plus addon.

I am not 100% sure if just the PR mentioned above is enough, therefore creating this issue as well.
