That’s a TrueNAS SCALE or your internet issue, you have to basically run

docker pull image@sha256:lotsofcharaxters

in the TrueNAS shell. Hop on discord for more help

I have no issues installing other chart apps on my TrueNAS Scale

Point still stands, we know it isn't related to us, issues like this have been discussed before on the discord.
