"Open" button on apps links to https instead of http

Describe the bug

A newly installeld Jupyter chart links to "https://10.0.0.2:10300/" instead of "http://10.0.0.2:10300/" as SSL/TLS is not configured properly at app level, so the https should just be http.

To Reproduce

Click on the "Open" button and the browser window opens, but the link doesn't work as it's referring to https

Need checking. Afaik there was also an upstream change causing this.

Needs to be checked if our configmap is correct, if that's the case there is nothing we can do and it's an upstream issue.
