Postgresql won't start, goes straight to "Job Complete"

Every time I try to start the app, it simply completes a cycle and doesn't remain started:

As stated many times before: The postgresql App does not contain anything that "runs" as far as the SCALE GUI is concerned.

We do not maintain how SCALE detects wither something runs or not, it's their pretty-bad magic code.
