[custom-app] Portal Button Doesn't Work

Describe the bug

After installing a custom-app with a configured main port, the 'Open' portal button does nothing when clicked. I have confirmed that the application is fully up and running and if I manually go to the ip:port for the application, it opens just fine.

I'm assuming the fact that the portal appears to be disabled in https://github.com/truecharts/charts/blob/master/charts/stable/custom-app/values.yaml#L8 is at least part of the problem.

To Reproduce

1. Install a custom-app with a configured main port
2. Attempt to click the 'Open' portal button for the installed app.
3. Note that nothing happens

Expected Behavior

Clicking on the 'Open' button for the custom-app should open a portal to the configured IP:Port as with other applications
