Never open a new issue because an old one is closed. It's basically needlessly increasing the issue counter.

If this continues we will remove the option for requests completely.

@Ornias1993 If I'm not supposed to open a new issue, and the old issue is locked to avoid necrobumping, how am I supposed to signal interest in getting an app into truecharts?

I don't think the current issue template / tasks properly conveys what to do in this scenario.

As we’ve just stopped accepting app requests on github, im leaving it at that.
