@fenichelar is there any way to test this out? Basically without someone who can test this I fear this will just get ignored
Try deploying the Channels DVR TVE docker container using a custom-app and see if you can reproduce this issue.

@kylemazur When you used the truecharts app, did you restore from a backup or setup as new? What about when testing the custom app?
When using the custom app, what was the config? A screenshot will work.
When using the Chart I tried both a set up from scratch and a set up from a back up. When using the custom app I set up off of a back up (I had to rescan direct TV 8 times for all the channels to appear but that always happens) Here are screenshots from my set up from the custom app

@kylemazur I don't think you can send screenshots via email
@kylemazur I don't see anything in the config that explains why you are seeing different behavior with the chart vs a custom-app.
Can you please launch a new app using the chart, setup from scratch, reproduce the error, and then send all of the .log files located here /channels-dvr/data/*.log
.
Please also do the same for the custom app, there won't be an error but perform that same action that caused the error with the chart version.
I want to compare the log files.

Standard config accept I used Channels with TV Everywhere image and adding an external storage. Screenshots below
Describe the bug
When loading a TV Everywhere channel it fails on all devices. Channels from HD Homerun work no problem. Sometimes under the Troubleshooting menu in channels it says Chrome is corrupt. Clicking upgrade turns it green but TV Everywhere still fails. I've attempted to reload my Direct TV account and receive the following error. I have had this problem for the last few weeks have uninstalled channels many times and re-installed still having the same issue
