Dlang needs to put dates technical roadmaps #34

Vision statement doesn't address when technical items will be delivered.

I think it is hard to put dates on committed roadmaps without all the resources to implement. I'm going to assume that is the issue. Plus possibly some items that are going through DIPs hang around in committee also , which becomes more like a standards body in terms of the pace of innovation. I guess it is a balance between move fast and break things (Swiftlang) and the opposite spectrum, all progress through committee (C++).
