All people who are actively maintaining work outside of dlang.org should be cross linking. Remember the old webring concept: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Webring
Nobody uses that anymore. But the idea was effective back in the early 2000s when finding communities was a bit harder. Perhaps the effort is to have a site called "d-ring" (hahaha) which is on github, that anyone can fork and submit a pull request to get their project or community listed. The problem with these sites is they get old. We'd request that all submitters take a pledge not to change their URLs. Each URL has tags, and we'd have some kind of D3 visualization of tags that shows all of the communities, maybe some indication of size or something based on traffic monitored through clicks.
