I got some suggestions #102

1) Main screen with links is great idea, but why cannot change the links (or give booksmarks links) - allow users to do it please! 2) Can you add managing this topbar? Example: User would want delete incognito icon - i think rechanging position of elements would be wise step - i think this top bar should be simpler. 3) How can i help with translation? I would make Polish version for you - just give me the list if words. 4) I suggest change the name of app because name of "TV Bro" suggest to be app for watching TV channels. For example: Eagle Open TV Browser, Open Flame Browser etc. Changing the name and logo really could help you to get more users which can give more popularity for your app! I found this app by accident! 5) You make really good job! Keep it up!

Hello - I just did Polish translation - i dont have a access to pull, so i added my file here - to @truefedex please make folder strings pl and add this file - change txt to XML. I hope Polish version of this app will be soon! Thanks!

I think authors are fighting on Ukraine, so project will be stopped for long time....

@BartoszHnat sorry for not answering so long, for some reason I missed this post.

  1. It is in future plans, but I can't give any dates or details - work on the application is jerky when there is free time.
  2. Good idea! The same answer as 1 😩
  3. Oh, looks like it is already done!
  4. I think if change the name now, then many who already know about tvbro will not be able to find it 🤔

Agreed, "TV Bro" is a simple and easy to remember name. I've recommended TV Bro to a number of people who would want it again if they ever reset or replaced their Android TV devices, but would likely be confused by a name change.

I would also argue that TV Bro is a great name: 'TV' because it's UI is a novel design created specifically for the 'ten foot' (TV) experience with both the limitations and strengths of Android TV and its standard input device in mind, and 'Bro' obviously shortened from 'browser' and also indicating friendlyness because it's easy and intuitive to use while not intentionally impeding functions which most other TV specific browsers unnecessarily limit. Also with a friendly (if a bit small for now) community around it.

However... it might be a good idea to edit the Google play entry to try to bring it closer to the top of "browser" search results by e.g. adding the word 'browser' to the listing title. Maybe "TV Bro: Browser for TVs", or something like it...
