despite having ad block enabled see ads that break usage, issue doesn't occur using easylist on adblock origin. Would be good to prevent automatic page redirects as well as add filters that block ads not caught by built in easylist

ads currently make it very hard to use the browser even with adblock enabled. would be good to extend this to be more effective.
