Updated the UI for the QA Chatbot component. Modified the Tailwind CSS configuration to add new animations.

Something is seriously wrong with how the chat response is rendered, can we look into that? Its definitely the rendering since the response looks fine

Also remove User from the user messages, I feel that is already implied. We use DaisyUI internally think you can use the Chat Bubbles to make it look more fancy? https://daisyui.com/components/chat/
