We tend to use the image produced by this build for a number of things including the base image on a lot of ECS test deployments. For this reason, we need the build that's triggered on a push to main in this project to produce truemark/helloworld-java:latest in addition to the current versioning pattern taking place.

Updated the GitHub Action to tag an image with 'latest' as well as the current version. Added a step to push the latest image into ECR.
