Ubuntu 16.04 is no longer available in Digital Ocean. Is it possible to update Ubuntu 18.04 methods? thank you

Hey, you're right, probably time to upgrade this thing. I'm short on time these days so can't promise much. Please feel free to fix the script and submit a pull request though.
