You need to setup the claim token. I think recently Plex made that a requirement.
Yes, I know. I generated it with this link https://www.plex.tv/claim/
Can you check the logs of the container?
Also try to go to /web
path manually.
Find my logs here:
Plex Media Server.log Plex Crash Uploader.log Plex Tuner Service.log
I have access to UI but like plex client not like plex server.
I dont see anything obvious on the logs. I do remember this happening again, and the fix was something very simple. But I can't remember right now. It wasn't even a config issue, just something with the plex itself
Can you please try stopping and starting Plex app and also try to open plex from a private window (for caching issues)
I had this problem, if you adden the claim token at install will not work. after Install of plex go to edit then add a new claim token then save, it will reboot then it should work.
I tried both of your suggestions but it didn't work. I tried to do another instance but I got the same result.
Sorry to hear those didn’t work for you. Do you have plex pass? if you do are you using the plex pass image?
I have plex pass and using the plex pass Image when installing plex.
wish I cloud be more help but this is only my 4th day playing around with truenas
Does the plex container have any logs? (Access them from TrueNAS UI with the logs icon)
I can't seem to be able to find the thread on plex forums with a similar issue :/
@Jerjz No I haven't got plex pass.

Everything looks good to me. Maybe you could try reaching plex's forums?
I've found the solution. I checked host newtwork and that fix the problem and launched the plex server wizard.
Thank you all for your time and investigation
Ah, I see. And of course now I found where I had posted the solution https://www.truenas.com/community/threads/plex-does-not-show-setup-wizard.94886/ I'll check if we can add a field for the allowed networks.
Hello,
I added Plex application, but when access to first time to the Web UI, it doesn't ask me the information of server like the name, where media are saved ...
Can you help me please ?
