Structured Data Linter (SDL) now uses resources local to GH (localization)

Embedded docs will not work in local mode, but will load properly when using github.io

All </br> are replaced with CSS

Spacing is currently not amp-valid; will investigate further

All iframe references now use amp-img and webp

We have merged your latest updated qa branch files to main branch.

And, we also created a new pull request to merge the updated main branch files into the test branch. Then, we worked on the test branch.
