how difficult is to use OpenGL and otsu method?

the same page with advanced version is 96.9 kb with universal is 245 kb the opengl is using gpu for faster process

OpenGL in the original ST and in STU is quite useless and only speeds up rendering of already processed page in GUI. Perhaps it may speed up zoom in/out and moving page inside page view panel. This feature works if only Qt libraries are built with OpenGL support. STU had this option too but I guess I removed it from settings dialog as confusing and disabled it at all by default. Still it could be turned on in the settings.ini file by adding use_3d_acceleration = true line inside settings group into it. But this won't help you anyhow.
May be STA use OpenGL for something else except GUI, but I doubt so.

Could you attach both pages: made by STU and STA to compare tiff compression methods?

i think for many reason that it is needed a version like 4lex4 with match size scaling and fast processing how difficult is that ? how difficult is to make a build of your version? ( i dont know how ) for 4lex4 i used a docker image found on github what qualification need a developer of scantailor

It seems wetransfer blocks my ip by country and downloading 1.5 Gb estimates to take >1 day via Tor. Could you upload somewhere else?

it's hard to do. STU uses build system of original ST project which is old and not easy to use. 4lex4 made some improvements in this area for STA.
