I've downloaded the following trufflehog version 3.13.0 and when I try to run a scan in MAC trufflehog git https://AlienInvasion/ I get the following fatal error - FATA[0000] error occured with trufflehog updater 🐷 error="cannot move binary (exit status 1)" #834

I've downloaded the following trufflehog version 3.13.0 and when I try to run a scan in MAC

trufflehog git https://AlienInvasion/

I get the following fatal error

FATA[0000] error occured with trufflehog updater 🐷 error="cannot move binary (exit status 1)"

TruffleHog Version

trufflehog version 3.13.0

My co worker has the same Mac and types in the same command and it works!

MacBook Pro Monterey 12.6

This means that the binary is in a location where it has insufficient permissions to move itself. Can you try using the homebrew package instead? https://github.com/trufflesecurity/trufflehog#5-brew
