Updates to match context pattern #39

I rewrote the major pieces to match the context pattern in #37 . However, I had removed this file. My understanding was, based on the drizzle-react documentation that a loadingContainer was no longer required. However, I can see how these might be useful. Hopefully the maintainer will resurface soon and get the library updated to the latest API.

@ProphetDaniel I believe this issue has been closed by #63, please reopen if I got it wrong.
