This PR addresses Issue 98.

Updates IStoreConfig definition to include initialAppState
Adds initialAppState param to generateStore, allowing to initialize the store with a custom app state (plus Drizzle's initialContractsState)
Adds new unit test to generateStore related to appInitialState
