Support overloaded methods in ContractForm #33

Right now it seems that the method parameter takes only a method name. Because Solidity supports function overloading, it might be the case that more than one method uses the same name.

When defining a ContractForm, users might want to specify a particular version of a method, rather than whatever form is default.
