Fixes #70

Changed all action types written as strings in the Drizzle store (including in related tests) into constants.
Saved the action type constants in respective files named 'constants.js' under their corresponding sub-reducer folders.

The proposed changes would reduce the risk of bugs in the store due to typos in action type names.
