Account for Solc 0.6 breaking changes to the JSON ABI #76

This is a backward-compatible fix that can read in 0.6 ABI's

0.6 removed unused function description properties constant and payable.
- 0.6 ABI docs
- 0.5 ABI docs
- 0.6 release changelog
- Previous note about 0.5 JSON forewarning this change
Replaced test contract data in test/utils/data with 0.6 equivalents
Updated tests

Fixes #74
