chore: remove scrypt optional dependencies. #789

This PR addresses the issues mentioned in https://github.com/trufflesuite/ganache-cli/issues/785

As you probably know this is the final PR that aims to remove the need to compile using node-gyp in the Ethereum ecosystem,
