web3.js is changing about Provider. https://github.com/ethereum/web3.js/issues/2229#issuecomment-457909625

web3.js now supports the list below.

HttpProvider
WebsocketProvider
IpcProvider
MetamaskInpageProvider
EthereumProvider

HDWalletProvider doesn't exist.
