Auto build not happening when new commit #15

Hi, when I try to build its only building for the first commit, it's not rebuild or new build for the new commit in repository updated in truffle teams

I responded on Spectrum, but this ended up being that External CI was turned on and there were no External CI providers configured, causing nothing to show up. We have an internal issue to add some banners to explain this better in the application. I'm going to keep this issue open until then in case others stumble across it

I'm hitting the same issue and am not using an external CI.
