truffle teams doesn't seem to process transferring ownership of repositories #18

As reported by @jeroenroodnat on Truffle Teams Spectrum channel, when transferring ownership of a repository to an organization, Truffle Teams doesn't process new builds. Need to further investigate what is going on here!
