zkSync Box #5211

At minimum it should be possible to compile, deploy, and test using Truffle on zkSync via this box. A detailed readme should accompany this Box, as well as a blog post when released. A tutorial may also be appropriate.

Hi @lsqproduction!! Work on this has been paused for now. Hoping to pick it up later in the year. We need to complete the compiler plug-in architecture first in order to use it here.
