Private Chain description unclear #174

The Private Chain section describing how Quorum integrates with Truffle didn't read smoothly. Added a few words to clarify that Ethereum is public and works with Truffle, and Quorum is private and also works with Truffle.

Thanks @kirtanechiron ! We did an update of this tutorial a few weeks ago and caught that one.
