CBBA: Capture Origin and Destination Data on Error #736

Implement a feature in the app to automatically capture the origin and destination data when a user encounters an error. This will help identify and resolve issues more efficiently.

Check the data available in the logs. Based on this, "Data Error" will be separate or differentiate. This task will also be addressed within the Peru project.
