Meanwhile this functionality is working pretty well for a lot of MIDI files.

Still missing:

[x] Support for SOFT KARAOKE (depends on #47)
[x] Tolerate small deviations in Note-ON and Note-OFF ticks and velocity
[x] Make decompile options configurable (depending on the MIDI file, the one or the other strategy may be better)
[ ] Fine-Tune strategies and find out good decompile configuration defaults
[x] Enable the user to add more synchronize events on certain ticks manually

MidicaPL export is working. Closing this issue and moving the rest to #58.
