Power Tool - Demand seems to be static #29

Hi,

I'm running a Ryzen 2600X and temperature monitoring is working perfectly fine! What does seem strange to me though is that Power Tool shows a "static" demand. The red bars are fixed and are not moving. I can see the blue bars moving though.

Is this expected/known, or an error?

This should be an issue unless it is actually maintaining a constant load. Is this happens constantly? If not can you maybe points out the steps to reproduce this?

Unfortunately, the issue seems to be only sporadic and (so far) I haven't found a pattern. After a reboot, it worked, but it definitely wasn't a one time only occurrence. I'll keep an eye on it and try to figure out when and how it happens. I know that these problems are the worst to debug.. If I find something out, I'll report back, obviously!

Btw, bug #23 is also affecting me, so it's probably a general thing.
