This PR enables the monitoring and modification of the fan speeds for IT8688E equipped mainboards.

Tested on: Gigabyte X570 Aorus Pro

@trulyspinach Please take a look and let me know if my code changes are fine. I know you can't test it on your system, but just let me know if this PR looks fine code wise. I tested it on my system everything seems to work fine!
